1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

1.1 77uk ("the Platform") is an online betting and casino service operated as an international platform accessible to eligible players including those based in Bangladesh. 2 Eligibility & Account Registration

Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all pending bets voided, and any deposited funds returned (less any amounts already played).

You may be required to submit a copy of your national identity card, passport, or driving licence, as well as proof of your registered address and payment method, before withdrawals are processed. 3 Account Security

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games or markets, minimum odds, time limit, and maximum withdrawal cap for each bonus will be clearly stated in that promotion's individual terms.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. 77uk reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings where: (a) the player has opened multiple accounts; (b) the player has engaged in bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional mechanics; (c) the player has made use of betting patterns or strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements at near-zero risk to the player; or (d) the player has provided inaccurate registration information.

5.4 Welcome Bonus. The 77uk welcome bonus of up to ৳30,000 is available to new registrants on their first deposit only. 5.5 Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met in full. Bonus funds cannot be used to fund another player's account or transferred off-platform in any way.

6 Sports Betting Rules

6.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is only valid and binding once it has been accepted by 77uk's systems and a confirmation reference has been issued to the player. Bets placed after an event has commenced (unless through designated in-play markets) or bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error are void and will be refunded at stake.

6.3 Manifest Errors. 77uk reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous — for example, due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human input mistake — regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.

6.4 In-Play Betting. Bets accepted before suspension are honoured; bets in the process of being placed during a suspension event may be voided.

Disputes must be submitted to support within 48 hours of settlement.

7 Casino & Games Rules
